The customer is required to read and sign a hire agreement in advance of delivery.
Until receipt of both the agreement and deposit fee the required booking date is subject to alternative customer booking.
All of our equipment is installed by a member of The Toy Tent staff – with the exception of the Balls for the Ball Pit where the responsibility lies with the customer.
No food or drinks of any description to be consumed on or in the equipment.
No shoes to be worn either on the padded floor or any of the equipment.
All children must be under supervision of a responsible adult at all times to ensure the safety of children using the equipment.
The Toy Tent is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the hire period. The customer assumes responsibility for the safe use of the equipment.
No face paint allowed (extremely difficult to remove resulting in additional cleaning charges).
Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient space for setting up the chosen package. A failure to comply could result in The Toy Tent having to cancel the booking.
All equipment is to be collected in the same condition as upon delivery (no exceptions).
Hirer will ensure there is power supply within 10 metres of The Toy Tent equipment. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to inform The Toy Tent if a petrol blower is needed.
The customer is liable for all costs related to damage and repairs and cleaning of, during the hire of all the equipment. Soft play and ball pits must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition. A cleaning fee will be applied if the equipment requires excessive cleaning.
The conditions of hire are fully explained in our hire agreement which is made available upon initial enquiry.
A delivery fee (if applicable) is calculated by the use of Google maps. Please see delivery Information for further details.
Hire is based on a 3 hour period and can be extended at an additional cost upon request.
Soft Play Hire has a minimum charge $200.00 per hire – this fee can be reached by mixing and matching items if required.
No tampering with the blower under any circumstances.
Should the weather conditions change during term of hire NO refund will be provided. We always consult with customers prior to set up to agree on whether to proceed with booking.
In the event that the equipment that has been hired becomes unavailable due to damage or theft, The Toy Tent will substitute the equipment to a similar product or refund in its discretion.
